Wrapped: Gift Wrap & Messages

This app has been great. We really like how much you can customize the widget, and where it can be added (cart, PDP, excluding products by tag, etc). Excellent support too! Some shopify gift wrap apps are very clunky - not this one!

This is a great app. Probably the best in class for Gift Wrapping.
I have probably tried the top 10 apps for gifting, but none even come close.

Why this app is best:
- 1. It's not just another app that offers extra product options that you have to customise in 1000 ways to hopefully match a good UI/UX for Gift Wrapping. This app offers 1 product option - Gift wrapping only, and it does it so well in terms of UI / UX, that no other app even comes close.
- 2. It can offer Gift Wrapping for the entire order (once), not just per each product, although it can do per product as well. Flawless mdoern built for Shopify interface and UX.
- 3. It integrates perfectly with your website design, looks like it's a built-in feature.

The price is worth it, even if there's no free plan. There's a free trial, you can test it out. But you won't regret it. If you sell, at least, a few orders a day, the price is already justified. If you only sell 1 order every few days, maybe not. But this is more for businesses that have already got a bit of traction.

Very easy to use and set-up, we didn't need any help for any specific customisations or errors. It works flawlessly.

One single drawback feedback: it would be great if the Cart updated dynamically, instead of having to refresh the entire page for the changes to take effect (like when you add/remove/update the Gift Option). The page refresh is a bit distracting but workable for the time being (I'm sure they're working on improving it every day).

Easy to use. Has worked well from the client experience perspective.

Very Bad app, and every time they change the price and I have subscribe for one year and every tome the options not showing correctly and asking for more payment

The apps functions as it should and interacts with our customers and admin without any issues. We did initally run into an integration issue when we started using the app last year just before the holidays Adam's support on this app was crucial. He understood the urgency to get the problem solved and responded and fix the problem infinity faster than it took the time for me to write the review. His service was so effective that I couldn't not come back and leave the review.

Ok. I searched FOREVER and tried so many different gifting apps. This is the one! A few highlights:
- you know all the exceptions you have? They handle it all. Exclude this, tie this to that. Don't show it here, show it here. They have thought of it all.
- the interface is simple, lots of toggles. You want it to do this? Yes/No. What about this? yes/no.
- This guy Adam is the bomb. He responds during U.S. work hours and is great.

Overall, sophisticated yet simple. Why can't they all be like this? SOOOOO Good.

Finally! An App that does not put gift message/wrapping/notes data in the cart notes! This means you can actually have gift messages or order notes per PRODUCT, not per cart. We've been searching for this solution for ages so its been a massive win. The support is amazing and super responsive. They even helped us with advice on an issue not directly related to the app, which was above and beyond what we expected.

Great app. customer service is also great and fast. I really liked that the gift wrapping appears on the order with a code that specifies which item needs to be wrapped. That way theres no confusion on what item you need to wrap if there are multiple items. Real easy to install and customize.

Configuration problem solved quickly by a real human. Great service.
