This app is the lifeblood of our business' bookkeeping, and it is the only method that can successfully link multiple stores to our one Xero account. Far superior to the shopify/xero integrator, and the technical support we have received over the years is responsive and top notch. Don't hesitate to install and use this, it pays for itself in time saved. The amount of options presented to you in the setup seems vast, but you will learn as time goes on that they are all necessary.
This is a great app. We have been using it now for over 4 years and it has run perfectly. Support has always been very helpful.
Brilliant app with exceptional customer service. On numerous occasions Lech has answered questions for me and has also taken on board improvements that would help my business and implemented them. The app is straight forward to set up. Its interface isn't as elegant as some apps but its powerful and provides detailed customisation for every aspect of my sales. It even works alongside my xero tracked inventory using the SKU numbers I have created in both systems. I can highly recommend this app. I did try others and then tried this one and have not looked back.
We've been using CarryTheOne for integration between Shopify and Xero for over a year now, and couldn't be happier with the product and the customer support.
Initially we tested multiple integrations to see what would provide the best integration for our needs, and we narrowed our selection down to two options. Both were good, but each one missed a key feature that the other supported. I contacted CarryTheOne to ask why they didn't support the missing feature and within a couple of days they had updated their integration to include it.
Throughout the time we've been using the product there have been new features added (e.g. Shopify POS support and auto-posting Xero transactions for payment processing fees) which go beyond the basic eCommerce order integration.
I've contacted CarryTheOne support a couple of times about unusual scenarios generated by our order data, and their response has always been fast and very helpful. Most of the time this product works so consistently that we don't have to give it much thought.
Fantastic app, works exactly as described. Installing was easy. Well worth it.
