This app has been an incredibly positive experience for us since we started using it. It has significantly streamlined our return and exchange process, making it much more efficient. The app itself is remarkably user-friendly and straightforward. Hannu has consistently been responsive, whether it's addressing minor inquiries or taking the time to provide detailed demos. Working with Natalie and Chris has also been a pleasure. The chat box feature has proven to be immensely helpful for quick questions, and we truly appreciate the team's swift and responsive support.
Re:do is easy to use! Ian and Hannu helped us get started, and both were very helpful. Natalie is a great source when we have customer service questions.
We have installed this in all three of our stores. It takes some of the manual work from us, which was much needed, and is an efficient way to deal with returns. One thing we would like to see is for customers to be able to exchange one style for a different style; however, many customers love the store credit option in place of that!
Natalie is always a great help when I message her. She is quick to reply and find solutions for the questions we have. I appreciate her and the help she gives to our company.

Re:Do has added a seamless experience for our customers when it comes to returns and exchanges. The onboarding was simple and almost everything is automated so the interface was easy to learn. Ian and Hannu are the best of the best! Any questions or problem that comes up is met with a quick and timely response and solution- even on weekends or Labor Day when we're running a big sale. We were also asked to be beta users to help give ideas and feedback to further elevate the customer experience and it's been a blast working with the Re:Do team. Could not recommend Re:Do more!
Aside from saving us the expense, the support from the team has been impeccable post transition from our previous returns platform. Hats off to Natalie who has patiently assisted us through the transition and fielded our qeuries on how the platform worked.
Re:do has offered a great return and exchange system for my customers! I needed some help setting it up on my website and Max came to save the day! He was super nice, knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything before moving to the next step. I highly recommend Re:do if you’re looking to add a return and exchange app to your website!
Just completed onboarding with Re:do! Super excited to utilize all the automation features and customer friendly flow for our amazing customers! HUGE SHOUTOUT to Chris and Max for all their help making the process quick and easy! Great support and they were able to get answers to all my questions super quick! 10/10 recommend!

The Re:do team stopped by our offices and were so pleasant to chat with. After hearing how the emphasis of the platform is to encourage exchanges & store credits and help keep revenue in the business, we quickly booked a call and started onboarding. The process was so super easy and every step of the way was met with excellent communication, even when we maybe had the same question more than once. We worked with Ian & Hannu and received timely responses and continue to have that same support if there are things we need to work through as sometimes weird situations come up with our customers. Re:do has been so open to working with us to find the best flow & process for our site and customers, and we can't recommend this app enough!
