Fast and really nice experience thank you
BE CAREFUL - Abandoned Cart Reminders are not working if the abandoning customer is not a subscriber which is ABSURD!
This is not a marketing email, it's a reminder! I tried to explain that to their support and ask them fix the automation flow for cart abandoning emails, but they still did nothing!
Even Shopify Email app is allowing abandoned cart reminders to be send to non-subscribed abandoners, but not Yotpo. They think they know better.... It's like non-sending email confirmation with tracking because customer didn't click "subscribe to email marketing". :D

We've used Yotpo for a few years now and our experience has been great. Recently we contacted their customer service for assistance with a question, within minutes I was speaking on live chat with Marnie who was very helpful and was able to resolve my issue much faster than I was expecting. Highly recommended!
I've not used this app long, because my shop is brand new. But everything has been really easy to setup so far. I was able to set up SMS, I'm just waiting for the TFN validation (toll free number), which is supposed to take about 7 days. That's the number that SMS messages are delivered by.
In the meantime I was able to import my email marketing list from MailChimp with ease, and have my first email scheduled. When I had a question about something that I couldn't find in documentation, live chat rep Quin was really helpful. It was really a live person on the other end, not AI or someone just using copy/paste replies. SO refreshing!
I was drawn to Yotpo because there's not a monthly service fee, I like that I can send 10k emails free every month, and after that I pay for only what services I use. I think this will be a great fit for my small business.
