I'm new to this app, but have already had really great experience with customer support. Specifically with Marnie and Rock. Both were very helpful and quick to find my solutions.

John D and his team assisted me in setting up a pop-up on my store which offers a percentage discount to new and existing customers who sign up for email and SMS. I do think the App can increase customer visits and can increase customer sales but I have no experience with the app. I would like to get a more proactive approach from the team to advise me or recommend the best actions I need to take on the free plan or the most cost-effective options available to improve the operation of my website.
