unfortunately marketing promises more than what the product actually delivers. Onboard and IP warming process is very manual and segmenting are limited. There billing process is fair, the software is fast & responsive, and support (Melvin) was great. With the lack of limited shopify marketing integration and extremely aggressive push towards SMS doesn't look like this platform is the right choice for us.

The customer service is absolutely off the charts! I was assisted by PL. She was very friendly right from the get go, answered all my questions with speed and ease, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. I like the fact that the app is easy to use, practical and the support team is fast! I have had a guy named Melving assisting me and we did a great job up until now and I believe it's going to be even better in the future!

Literally so easy to use still need to see if it works, but the set up process is like 99% done for you!

I contacted support via chat and spoke with Marnie. They were super helpful and walked me through updating the policies on my site for my toll-free number to be resubmitted for approval.

Customer service is great - Marnie solved my problem with one chat session. Very responsive and no wait time.
