Melvin,my resprentative was amazing. He helped me through some things I was having trouble with and was extremely patient with me. I was very impressed! This app was just what I needed to jumpstart my marketing!

Very responsive support. I had a problem sending SMS messages. I contacted support. Marnie quickly understood what was going on and told me what to do to validate my account.
In a few minutes the problem was resolved.

I’m still in the set up stage, but John D. Sure came to the rescue when my CSV file was not working properly. I appreciate the quick response as I don’t want my system down for long.
Melvin has been very helpful as well. This is one of the more difficult set-ups that I have done in my 11 years on Shopify. You will need support to help you.
I’m looking forward to getting this system up and running. It looks to be far superior to anything else offered. Thank you John and Melvin.
