App doesn't work properly, many flows have bugs. Interface is buggy as well, often getting white screens. Support team often gets my website wrong and tries to help me without even verifying if it's the correct store. Support doesn't offer real solutions.

Poor experience unfortunately, going to find another email marketing provider.

I just downloaded this app and so far so smooth! I had a few questions about this app and customer service was so quick to answer everything perfectly. I've heard many great things about SMS marketing so I'm very excited to try it out, but I can tell I'm going to be taking advantage of this a lot.

Takes a minute to get setup. Recommend using the chat service to get with an live agent to fully setup. my agent "PL" was awesome, she immediately understood what I need to be taken care of and had it done within 5 minutes. Great customer service especially with Marnie. App was confusing at first to use however Marnie helped me understand it better.

Super helpful support and my issue was able to be solved very quickly! I was also encouraged to return if I had any other issues. Fhoel expedited an issue that I didn't know I had, so that it could be resolved so that I could use the platform quickly.
