I like the responsiveness of the service, the atmosphere is friendly and good, thank you for the information and clarifications.

I am very new as I opted to setup my own storefront and handle all the details that go into it all. I saw Yotpo was a recommended source to help with SMS Marketing & Email integration with Shopify. I had a few questions that I needed answers to. I used the Chat Contact Support and was help immediately by Regie C. I was able to get what I needed.

Je ne peux vous parler objectivement de mon expérience que plus tard.
Je crois que mes difficultés actuelles sont beaucoup plus liées à mon faible niveau d'anglais.

Its alright just the validation process takes long and needs work. it took me like 3 days of customer support to get it figured out

I was very pleased with the way I was assisted with getting my store verified. They really helped me every step of the way and outlined the things I needed to do in order for me to be in compliance

So far I have been extremely happy with this app. It allows me to edit my campaigns and add as must emojis that I want. It allows us to have the opportunity to get free credits as well.

The customer service is amazing. I will be recommending it to friends within the ecom world. Thanks again.
