just had a great chat with marnie from Yotpo
what has taken all week with the domain provider and a day with shopify
is now all done, it took about 10 mins to sort out Cnames etc

They are very helpful in getting set up and changed over to their system. Most are done with chat, and that's all it takes. I am happy with the product so far on day 3.

A customer support agent named Princess aka PL has been very cooperative and solved my problem very quickly. Would recommend this app for sure for someone who is looking to have email and SMS as their marketing channel and there'll be an excellent support team is there to guide you.
