Great app, one of the best out there. The higher tier subscriptions are expensive and out of reach for smaller stores. Would love to add ratings to google shopping products but that is out of reach for my shop at the moment. Get this app for great user generated content and reviews!

Great app to use - easy to manage - awesome customer service!

This is such a great app and the support is AMAZING both times I have reached out for help! I have been using it for a number of years now and it has been a great addition to my store.

We recently installed a new theme on our shopify store. We had issues getting the reviews to display on any of our pages. We reached out and were immediately contacted to address the issue. Doner was quick, asked where we would like items to display and did the work very quickly. We could be happier with the service we received and are thrilled with Doners quick response and friendly service.

Integrates easily, great platform for collecting reviews and reaching customers. Support team is awesome and very quick to respond. Feb T helped me with integrating reviews and was a pleasure to work with.

Hands down, this is a MUST HAVE APP for any store owner, it truly is excellent and had benefited my User Experience and my business for sure. First of all, their Mail After Purchase feature gives me a great way to stay in touch with my customers as they are taking their monthly bottle of Liquid Vitamins. Yes we are asking for their Review, but at the same time it gives me a chance to share some information with them and add value to their experience with or product.

The Installation was very easy, and their customization is also very good and allows you to match the look and feel of your site.

Lastly, I have interacted several times with one of their folks named Dannie, and she has been fantastic to work with, as was Dave early on. The only thing I think that can be better is to set up some better data analysis and tracking, so that when you receive data from various things, you can drill down and see everything.

Overall though, EXCELLENT APP, I highly recommend this.
