We have customized yotpo extensively. Their support has been fairly helpful and is responsive. There are some customization limitations but we are satisfied. A downfall of the platform is that reviews are not in HTML so it doesn't impact SEO positively in terms of content but it also isn't negative. There is a schema implementation with star ratings which is a great SEO feature so not all is lost. We are satisfied with Yotpo. Thanks!
James was great support. Super fast response and super helpful. Yotpo is a great app as well. Just a big jump if you want to bigger features.
Yotpo Growth Plans are good if you don't want to break the bank, but you want to do cool things with your reviews. The customer support is OK considering what you're paying for the app - ideally, I'd like support to know things a little more readily. I often feel like I repeat myself to get them to understand my queries. But maybe that's a me thing! Ha!
I recently worked with Nicole, and she was dedicated to the task at hand, so I'm grateful for that!

A must have app. Makes getting reviewed by verified buyers very easy & automated. The only thing that I do not like about the app is that there is no way to automate sending review requests after the product is delivered rather than X days after shipping.
But, overall a great addition to the Jewelove store.
Great App, very useful for our barber and cosmetics products shop.
I used this to help get more reviews, and it's worked well for that. The support was very helpful too. Cons - I find the dashboard slow and a bit too busy.
swift reply from the customer support. Fixed my problem immediately, but apparently it could only be done at their end... I wish I could have done it myself without needing help from customer support. Overall the app is worth it :) Another thing I'm not happy with is that the language of the new widget can't be change yet
UPDATE: After leaving a bad review, they eventually fixed my issue. Still not sure if I can give it 5 stars yet. It is pricier than another review app that I've used on a different site, and I'm not sure which delivers better value, but this app has caused some frustrations, and their tech support was unable to help until I left a bad review. I've used this app for 9 months now I think. My biggest issue is that it's fairly expensive for basic features and the customer support or technical support is terrible. There have been some persistent issues regarding shopify 2.0 upgrades. Specifically there's a responsiveness issue that they just won't acknowledge, and so it's not getting fixed. I've seen others with the same problem. I would highly recommend looking at other review apps, comparing prices, and assume that this one is just not performing well recently.
Cannot rate completely yet as have not fully installed. I messed up my first go at importing and Customer Support (Doner) provided excellent assistant to quickly solve the problem. Very impressed so far :)
