Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

I worked for a couple hours trying to troubleshoot my own issue with product reviews being listed incorrectly on my website and product listings. I finally caved in and reached out to Yotpo support and was connected with Doner P. and they were able to assist me with fixing my review visibility and also importing my manual reviews as well. Thank you so much for being patient and knowledgeable to resolve my problems. Highly recommended!

The app has been great for our business, and the customer service is excellent when we switched to a new theme and ran into some problems with how the reviews showed. Rinu was great at investigating and finding the problem and corrected it for us right away.

There is nothing quite like the thrill of getting your first 5 star review, and Yotpo automates the review collecting process so that it's easy to get them. There were a few minor set up issues, but their account management team is great to work with, is very knowledgeable and is quick to help make sure you are on track. I love the automation that allows you to automatically have reviews post to social media. Overall a great investment so far.
