This app works great but what is even better is the customer service from Manny. He was such a help to navigate me through using Yotpo the best way possible. He communicated very well and understood the issues. He then worked his butt off to fix the issies and didnt stop until they were fixed. I like the app but having people like manny to help customers is what really seperates this company from the rest. Give this man a raise !

Ronel was SO patient and helpful with me in some formatting help I needed for our reviews page. I really appreciate when platforms provide customer service over email and chat vs. just sending me a documentation link :) Ronel went above and beyond! 10/10

After using the app for a couple of years, the customer service team has always been extremely nice and capable. My latest help request took two hours to fix with the help of Manny - Yotpo Growth Support Hero - when I alone spent days prior to find a working solution. Thank you for being super detailed and responsive. 10/10 customer service

Eunice and Mark we excellent. Still figuring out some issues with old broken urls, but they have been super helpful and responsive. Should give them a raise, or at least a pizza for lunch. Amazing app and excellent support. I had a question about adding additional functionality to the reviews badge on mobile and they sent me a customized line of code that did exactly what I wanted within minutes!!

We will certainly pay the subscription once we make more sales in future. We appreciate the support even as an unpaid customer Mary Ann dealt with my query swiftly. I am using this app to run our loyalty program and I am very happy with the capabilities. To get a bit more advanced you do have to upgrade, but the small business bronze plan has a lot of capabilities. Donald U provided amazing customer support. I use Yotpo for Reviews as well.

Have been using Yopto for a few years and very happy with the app and great support too. I had a bit of difficulty when changing shopify themes, but this was all sorted out for me within minutes, so couldn't ask for better service really.
