Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

I had to switch back to the free version of the app because I will be closing my store soon and Nick S. helped me solve an issue I was having quickly and easily. He was a great help and very patient. Thank you Yotpo for the last 3 years together!

I recently decided I was going to make a greater effort in gathering customer reviews. With the help of Pauline I was able to create the MAP emails and set reminders. I'm currently just using the free plan, but as I continue to grow I look forward to working with Yotpo. Thank you Pauline for your help! :)

When I changed my theme to a new one, I had two choices either to use Shopify's Product Review or Yotpo. I was struggling to choose which one to go to even though someone recommended Yotpo. I am so glad I chose Yotpo as it provided more functionality for conversion.
