Great app! I highly rate Yotpo, not only for the ease of use and integrity it adds to our website. But the customer service is excellent too. Diane was super helpful and made the whole integration process easy when transferring the reviews from our old site to the new one.

Junalou was very helpful in assisting with account updates and made the process very quick and simple. Thank you for being efficient and helpful.

The app has a lot of features & customization and offers great customer support!

Note: Most features are accessible only through the paid plan.

For example, the default mail after purchase (MAP) setting for customers who buy more than one item sends up to three consecutive emails until the customer leaves a review. We found that frequency to be too high with the rest of our emailing strategy and there was no way to decrease the frequency on the free plan.

After discussing with their customer support, we were able to sort this issue out and find an agreement where my customers would receive a reasonable amount of emails without having to subscribe to unlock only one feature.

Great app, but would recommend looking at it once you reach at least 100 orders per month.

We have been using this app for almost 2 years and its the best reviews app in Shopify. Customer support is excellent and is there when you need them. Highly recommended A+++

Does the job, easy to integrate.

Downside it is now quite pricey, but we've had it or such a long time it would be a shame to lose or reviews.

Excellent Customer Service, the team are so helpful and sorted what I needed fast and efficiently. The app has been helping boost my sales and I'm super happy with it, it's the only app that customers are responding to, to leave reviews.
