Wendyle is amazing! I got some questions about importing and exporting the reviews, she supported me from the start to the end, and fixed everything I encountered. And she is super efficient in fixing my problems. This is the type of support we all need as a brand owner.

*Update: I had some new questions about exporting and importing reviews, and Ruzsel J assisted me this time. Ruzsel did an amazing job, fixing my issue very quickly. They were knowledgeable, provided all the information I needed, and offered fast and straightforward support.

I am a small business start up and signed up for this service, completely forgot about it , weeks later I went back in to confirm how it works so started a chat session with Ruzsel J, and he was amazing! Great app and great support (particularly Ruzsel). Easy to use, user friendly, and again...great support (I was able to jump on a google meet when we mad a migration issue, which was amazing as that's not the norm).
