Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

I have been using Yotpo for my reviews for a little while now. It has been pretty easy to use anytime I run into an issue someone is always available to help. Today I chatted with Radly E to get my review widget up on my Shopify store, he helped me and got it worked out in no time.

Had a chat with Allen M. regarding duplicate stores and an upgrade issue do to this. Very helpful support, Allen got it all straightened out in a few minutes.

I used this app to improve a lot of things: customer experience, customer acquisition, social proof, and relationships with people who visit our Store. We started out using the free product for a few months, then recently upgraded to the paid plan to charge our growth plans - the results are outstanding and it pays for itself! Love it

Works well with a ton of value. With Yotpo we've been able to collect product reviews and add beautiful Instagram shop strips to our ancillary pages. The customer service team is responsive and helpful, too!

YOTPO is such a great review app that adds a lot of trust and transparency to our products. Installation and UI/UE is great, and customer service is phenomenal. We are NOT tech-savvy at all, so weʻve been working closely with Pauline from the Support Team and she has been phenomenal in helping to customize our widget colors and fonts to be brand-appropriate. Pauline was very responsive and was patient and kind enough to go through multiple rounds of revision with us until we got everything looking just right.
