A must have Review App on Shopify. Couldn't do without it. Support is great.

I really like this program a lot - I wish the pricing was set up so it wasn't such a big jump to access the premium... we're a small site with not a lot of reviews or traffic. But in any case - awesome app!

I have tried several other apps for review management. Yotpo has been so much easier to use, so intuitive, and much more successful at getting new reviews. I also had some difficulty in installing and support responded within a few hours and had the situation corrected Pronto. Excellent service and great product. UPDATE 5/7/2021 - I had to update my theme and of course messed up my yotpo setting. Got Manny on the live chat and within 20 minutes everything was back working again. Fast, polite, and accurate. Excellent service!!!

Other than the name, because let's face it, "YotPo" sounds like a communist sauna commune just below San Francisco, this tool is actually pretty good.

Integration goes far - I like their support and the ability to moderate is great too.

5 star review. Excellent work is being provided with a theme that has no auto install function supported by Yotpo. Help was quick and very good.

I had some issues installing the app on my site. I emailed for support and everything was up and working within an hour! love this!

This app is awesome! I use it because I have Yotpo and they help me with my reviews. The one thing I love about Yotpo is when I'm having trouble with my reviews, they won't close your ticket out until they are sure your problem is solved. I had the pleasure of working with Sheen and he was a very big help. I definitely appreciate it!
