This app far exceeds the capabilities of previous review apps we have used. We are very happy with how easy it is to use, and how quickly our issues are resolved. We use it on 4 shopify sites - would recommend!

I missed a step with installation and through on-line Chat, the agent Mary Ann was quickly helpful and offered to perform the missing widget with my permission. She was patient with dealing with my questions and professional. I would recommend for sure.

Yotpo help desk is very successful. The support I got from "Eduarso R" and "Eunice P" was just perfect, he solved our problem very quickly.

Bernard offered incredible service for an entire hour! Not only did he take care of what we needed for embrishop.com but he provided recommendations I had not thought of. Great app. Great service.
