I was assisted by Jesus and he helped me code the reviews app on my website. I am still new to coding and he did not hesitate to help and was very patient and efficient! I would review a 10/10 if I could! Amazing app and great staff!

Yotpo seems to be the most polished reviews app and their support have been amazing so far! Rhenant really help me fix the widget into exactly what I needed.

I used this app and I'm super happy with it, it's super useful plus The gentleman named Gimbert M was so nice and responsive. I definitely recommended. and I'm already excited about my store's future. the support line was quick

Great app. Does exactly what it says it does.
I am getting customer reviews now which inspires more confidence in my brand and products; and the integration was pretty easy.

Their customer support is great. They are always very quick to respond and solve any issues you might encounter. I was assisted by Sugar L. today and she was awesome! Very efficient and polite. Completely satisfied with her customer support. Took the time to go through my theme files and customize what needed to be changed. 10/10 Nick S was also very helpful to solve some issues i was having on the store!

Really excellent app. Far more versatile than the standard review apps. We're only using the basic plan currently, but I see us upgrading in the future to take advantage of all the great features YotPo has to offer!

Yotpo is an incredible app and has gone above an beyond for their users. Ronel, in particular, was very responsive and did everything to solve the problem. Amazing all around.

Great service from Yotpo. They resolved my issue promptly, thank you Djan! I would recommend this app to anyone who wants to display reviews either product-level or site-level!

UPDATED 6 Months Later: If I could give YOTPO MINUS 100 Stars for customer service I would. There is no customer service. In fact, there seems to be a definite pattern here. You open a support request and they then close it so that SHOPIFY thinks it's been resolved when in fact, they have done absolutely nothing. Even if they commit to doing something, they don't follow through. You open another one and the same thing happens. It's absolutely unbelievable.

This App should be immediately removed from SHOPIFY. And, Shopify should care a lot more about this than it appears they do. Store owners should not be subjected to this non-support. It's hard to even call it nonsupport since they actively work against everything you do which has a negative impact on your store and business. This needs to be investigated.

6 Months ago-I have now made 15 support requests with no help from this app. It should not be on Shopify. It needs to be removed. DO NOT use this app as you will have NOTHING but problems with no support whatsoever.
