The support team is great, helps in time record, especially Joian Z :)
The app is good but you have to pay for most of the options and the email customisations.
We are curently only starting with Yotpo - but the service so far is brilliant.
Already talked to serveral people for example Simoun Francis S., Radly E., Nick S. Joian Z. and many more.
They were all really friendly and helpful.
We Cant wait to start the whole journey :-)

I updated to yotpo for reviews and customer service was so helpful with installing code for star ratings within my theme. When I had issues with the update they were able to address the issue fast. Thanks Rilu and Radly!

Yotpo product ratings don't appear on our search/collections pages, nor can we add our email address as the sender email. We haven't received the verification email to confirm it, and Yotpo's support right now is non-existent.
Expect to wait multiple days for a reply, only to be disappointed when they send back the same canned response.
For how much they charge, the support should be far better, and I think we're going to look for something else.
