Great support, they went the extra mile and helped me with some custom css to get my store looking good.

Do not use the review app especially if you are using SMS. the SMS Review requests will send to half of your customers at 3 am in the morning waking them up and leaving them disgruntled. There is no way to change the specific time settings either. When speaking to customer support they didn't seem to want to know about it. I had then asked for a refund due to their app not being able to do what is required and they have said they can not and will not process a refund. I have come across an app called judge.me and it is far better, the customer service is top tier and extremely helpful and they are only $15 per month.

Great customer service/support. We were in the process of changing our platforms and not sure if we could move the reviews, use the same account, and so on. But Josephine made it so easy she even placed all the widgets and star ratings on the website. Amazing service. Hats off!! Thank you!

Yopto is the BEST! I was super stressed because I decided to switch platforms I was currently using Godaddy and decided to switch to Shopify and I needy my reviews imported to my Shopify store. When I say Rilu from yotpo made everything so easy was very patient with me and also responded back and got my reviews on my Shopify store in a timely manner. THANK YOU YOTPO YOUR BEST !! Thank you so much for helping me!!

There was something I didn't understand, so I contacted them via chat, and they responded very quickly and courteously. The service and response are very great.

Great App, and easy Setup, loading time could be a bit quicker but believe this is something they are working on.

For the price it's not worth it. There are other apps that offer everything this one does and more at half the price of even their lowest plan. I signed up for a pro plan and I still couldn't remove their logo from the review .

These guys are pros at customer service. They are so prompt in their responses, and always happy to help. The service itself is easy to use, and gets more reviews than my previous app! I highly recommend trying this out!
