This is a wonderful app to showcase your reviews and also to collect them in the future. Its very easy to get started and user friendly. I did have an issue installing the final stage of the widgets. I reached out to support and not only did they help me, they practically did everything for me, it was so nice as I am not the most tech savvy person. Rein was absolutely incredible, so responsive, and was very patient and held my hand every step of the way. Thanks to Rein, my reviews are all updated and resolved all the technical issues that I encountered along the way. Very pleased and highly recommend Yotpo and especially Rein.

Terrible service! We used the app for our old site but since redesigning we have had issues implementing. After numerous emails asking for assistance we have received nothing back from them. We still receive the promotional emails though...

Their customer service is rude. The company seems to only care about emails rather than collecting reviews.

Not only an awesome app that is approved by Google, but they provide exceptional customer service as well. Their team helped me out with the coding and helped me place the rating and replace my previous review section. I actually i didnt do anything..
I highly recommend using Yotpo if you are serious about SEO ranking and getting approved by Google.
