very good, but I didn't know how to work it but if they need help super 100% willing to help I recommend it

Nick S. was really helpful in navigating review requests and did a great job helping me! There are a couple resources I would like adapted to create a better experience. Sending Test emails needs to show what the actual email will look like to customers.

Online help has been great and very prompt! The app is easy & intuitive and I look forward to using it more for my business.

Yotpo was easy to install, manage, and use! James was especially helpful in ensuring the code was edited correctly to display the reviews where we needed them on the page.

I decided to finally switch over from a crummy app to yotpo. so far their team has been great importing reviews over. I was finally ready today in the middle of a Saturday to make the switch final and Manny was just awesome. He smoothly helped me set up yotpo in 5 mins. It's as if the Gods of Asgard sent Manny personally to help me succeed!

Works great and good, responsive customer service. Thanks to Radly for helping us import our reviews from our old system.

I haven't used all its features yet but I want to say that they have a great support. thank you!!!!!

A star not for the product, but for 1) the FAQ answers I receive at each request to the after-sales service 2) the fact that at each stage I am asked to pay or upgrade my plan.

Don't go to this app if you don't have $500 to put in per month.
