I like this app's offerings overall. I had some issues where it was sending review requests automatically before I was able to set up the email header and that was frustrating but besides that mishap, the service is great for a small business and customer service chat line is quick to help

Ronel R. helped me with my carousel today. They are really nice and helpful. I use the chat to get help.

I have not used this app on my site as of yet but must give this company 5 stars for the service I have received so far on installation.

Eleen was my support Agent. She was so helpful and amazing with me. I know nothing about setting up a website or adding reviews. But she was so kind and helpful with me and did everything for me. She was a life saver and I am grateful you have some one like Eleen working for you.

Nicole L was super helpful. I was having issue setting up reviews and she was able to clarify exactly what I needed help with.

It seems Yotpo teams do not care about Support ... I have some tickets and did not get an effective response .. .and I am still waiting .

Ridiculously overpriced app for what you get. Used to be good when they started out. No app is worth €400+ a month. Get over yourselves guys. Much better out there for cheaper.
