App makes integration of reviews look great and the customer service is fantastic. My customer service agent Allen was extremely helpful and I got support very quickly. Highly recommend this app!

DO NOT install this app. I had it for a while but had never set it up or used it. When I finally did, it gave me the option to automatically install the review tab code on my site. What a mistake! My site started displaying improperly. Even after the Shopify guru deleted the code, the bug was still there. Not until I uninstalled the app did the problem go away.

I came across this app for customer reviews, and was really impressed with its capabilities.

I highly recommend this app! A must have for all online stores!

Yet I give it only one star - reason being - it is not supported on IE 8 and IE 9!!! This app needs to support all popular browsers! Is that too much to ask?!?!?

People at this company do not know how to answer emails. For the amount of money they charge go with foursixty. Horrible experience and a waste of money. Maybe someone will actually read this and answer our emails and deliver what they promised.

I had trouble downloading my reviews to import. It kept saying error everytime i tried to import them & Ed was very helpful!

This app started sending non-branded, incorrect product review requests to our customers without our permission. It continued sending out emails even after we uninstalled it.
