Reviews show up which is the only reason this product gets more than 1 star. My challenge with Yotpo is it's incredibly buggy and you have to constantly work with support. The support team themselves are very kind and work to solve the issue but for how expensive Yotpo is I really don't think it should be as buggy as it is.

I've been testing a ton of review apps lately. This being one of them. The app itself is solid but upon uninstalling it I realized my store speed score jumped from 50-59. Was surprised this app was impacting speed that much but glad I found it. Something to consider.

There's some parts of the application that can use enhancing. For example, the coupon option to be conditioned to send out only following specific emails. It seems odd that there is not setting for this condition. As well, it would be helpful to have the app pick up on where the customer is in the email request flow. Be careful when you install, Yotpo will automatically start sending orders VS taking you through a setup process where you can customise how customers will receive reviews etc...

The free plan is very nice, but I didn't use because I can't remove the yotpo icon and the user's name. But it seems easy to use.
Extremely slow customer service response. And even when you get a response that doesn't mean that issue is resolved. I am still waiting for their response. I have been writing emails for the last 2 weeks for that particular issue. If I am lucky somebody will respond in 5 days

The app is good, but the customer service takes way to long to get help. The help was good once connected but the wait was not acceptable.

Recomiendo esta aplicacion, ya que es muy completa en cuanto a funcionalidades. Pero considero que es un poco dificil de instalar.
De todos modos, la asistencia es genial, te ayudan en instalar todo y dejan el widget funcionando.
