I've been using Yotpo for years, and I am pleased with how easy it is to use as well as the useful app updates over this time. Today, I worked with Orly on back-end code, and it was a breeze working with him. I saved a lot of time by simply submitting my request via live chat. The entire process took less than 15 minutes.
Yotpo is great. Their automated emails are getting a great response from our customers. We are syndicating with our retailers and the support from Yotpo is great. Highly recommend their products.
Yotpo has some of the fastest and clearest responses from a support team. In my experience, they are quick to reach and provide great support that is easy to follow. My recent support chat Doner P mirrored most of my interactions with the team. While there are some limitations with the dashboard and customization, overall Yotpo has been easy to work with and been a beneficial add to our company.
We’ve had a really positive experience with Yotpo Reviews. Since implementing the platform, we’ve absolutely seen an increase in the number of reviews we’re receiving from customers, which has been incredibly valuable for both social proof and customer engagement.
The platform itself is user-friendly and offers a lot of flexibility in how reviews are collected and displayed. What has stood out the most, though, is the support team. Their team has been consistently responsive, helpful, and willing to work through questions or customizations with us. It genuinely feels like they care about helping brands succeed on the platform.
Overall, Yotpo has been a strong addition to our ecommerce stack, and we’d definitely recommend it to brands looking to improve their review collection strategy and customer trust.

Ruzsel was absolutely fantastic to work with. We’d been dealing with an ongoing issue around syndicating our reviews across the US and UK sites, and it had become quite frustrating.
