Yotpo user here for several years now, just love it! And their customer service support is EXCELLENT. Special mention to Howell who helped me import old reviews from previous site . I tried to use another review app, but went back to Yotpo. Reliable customer service and doesn't disappoint. truly recommend this. thank you so much
Reviews are very helpful in getting UGC. Yotpo has a good eco system if you implement and take it further.
I am a new/old customer who just added Yotpo back to my Shopify store. Needed help not only adding new code but cleaning up old code. Manny was amazing in chat support! He was very patient with this tech deaf customer, walked me through the changes step by step, and made a stressful transition easy. I am grateful for this human touch in an automated world. We LOVE Yotpo!! It is so fantastic to let our customers share their knowledge of the products they've received, because we sell to a community of babywearers who value each others opinions greatly (as do we).
