Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

We are very happy with the Yotpo Product Reviews and UGC app. There are a ton of customizations that can be made and multiple ways to display your product reviews. If ever we have any issues, the customer support team goes above and beyond to resolve. Today Ruzsel helped me to customize a landing page I was stuck on and had my questions resolved in minutes.

Got instant help after updating my theme to 2.0 and getting the review widget and star ratings showing on the website. Shoutout to Reymon N. for their excellent customer service! Easy 5 stars!

Excellent app and customer service is top notch! Anytime I need assistance the reps are always there and can count on results. We've had a great experience using Yotpo Reviews so far. The automated review request emails convert quite well, and customer support has always been very helpful. We had a slight issue in using support articles to install the star ratings on our Collections pages and Doner P with the support team installed it for us without issue.

I needed help with my reviews showing on my website and sent an inquiry. Reymon N. promptly answered my inquiry and had my reviews showing expeditiously! Glad to have used them for years with their great service!

I have Yotpo on both my websites and it works well for me. I did have an issue recently with what appeared to be bots adding a thumbs down in high volume to many of my reviews, because of the nature of many of my products (in person and 1 to 1 classes) I know they are not genuine. Yotpo did resolve this for me with a workaround so overall I have been very happy.
