Greate app, not what I expected, but great experience, very helpful, some experience could improve though

I worked with a chat advisor Manny who was super helpful and helped me fix the star ratings and other issues. The app itself is fine, but i think can be improved upon. But thanks Manny, he was able to fix all my issues! The reason I'm giving it 4/5 is because the app itself can be improved upon, but the service is 5/5.

Good app for reviews. Love receiving notifications that I have a happy customer review! Think I need to upgrade though to get more out of the app

Great customer support. Great app. I was able to set up in a breeze and everything is just running itself now at this point.

I gave 4 stars because I have just installed and don't know how it works yet. But The customer service was awesome. Lemuel was very quick to help me install the app to my site. i am very grateful for the chat feature.!! Hopefully I can upgrade to the better plan sooner than later!! i think this will work out

Fairly simple to set up and works exactly as advertised.

Comments look sharp and professional and provides an excellent and valuable additional touch point to engage our customers.

The app is great, functionally and aesthetically. I was happy with the customer service Yulia provided through email in helping me with my issues. I took one star off because I was hoping to have it customized a little but it wasn't possible. No big deal really! :)
