We've been using Yotpo for nearly two years to gather reviews on for our store. It works great and makes moderation painless. We ran into an issue recently where some reviews weren't posting. Not a worry, their support team, especially Lemuel was super helpful and efficient and got right to the root of the problem and fixed it quickly. A great support experience. THANK YOU!

Wow I can't believe how long it took me to finally get reviews on my site. Yotpo support, especially Simoun Francis S, took the time to actually go into my site and paste the codes where I needed them to make everything look perfect.
