Totally satisfied with customer service and ease of use. Each time it only takes a few min to jump on a text support and they do a good job at fixing the bugs and answering questions.

Absolute stunning service by Joian Z from Yotpo support. I recently changed from the old Debut theme to the new Dawn theme and were having trouble to load the Yotpo widget again. Within a few minutes it was resolved. So re-assuring to have such excellent support for apps you pay for.

I was having some trouble with getting my customers to click through the email review request and was able to get incredible help from Stephanie! We worked out getting my email information updated and authenticated so I wouldn't have to many worries about the email going to the customers spam mail. Stephanie was amazing and so is Yotpo!

Awesome support experience with Allen M, I had an issue with display on my site and was bracing for a soulless and ultimately frustrating experience with an AI bot when i opened the chat, but I got a real person and he sorted everything right away - bliss!

Using Yotpo will have been able to achieve all the features we wanted for the client, but also the customer service has been exceptional. John G who helped us was very attentive and helpful no matter how small or big the issue was. Greatly appreciate it ^^
