Still getting used to it. However, getting people to actually do reviews by having automatic emails sent out really helps.

Manny was fantastic. Walked me through every step to get my issue resolved and also had a couple of suggestions for me that were helpful.

Warly was SO helpful! I had an issue with installing my review widget on my site and it was fixed in no time. Thank you again!

I have been using Yotpo free plan. I am impressed with the support they extended in configuring the app while I was switching over to a new Online 2.0 Shopify theme.

Great app. Only complaint is that it costs way too much to do things that should be basic functionality such as Q&A and commenting.

EDIT: Changing our review from 3 to 1 star. Yotpo's service has decreased dramatically.

They told us we could upgrade to a $49/mo. plan to enable commenting on reviews. What they didn't tell us was that this would cap our MAPS at 150/month.

Also, customer service is extremely slow and they've outsourced it so that you only get emails at 1AM and have to wait 24 hours to get a response.

Very disappointed considering we've been using this app for over a year now and this is how we are treated.

We will probably uninstall soon and move to a better competitor.

Their customer service is amazing. Every issue I've had, they have been on top of it and fixed it right away. The app itself is great so far (only a few weeks in) but will do another review as more reviews trickle in.

The support service is exceptional. We needed to get the reviews into the code and showing on different areas of the website and they did everything on a Saturday morning at 7am in 20 minutes. Very happy with it.

I was clueless as to how to get the app on my website. James Yotpo was amazing - I just clicked on the support button, and he quickly installed it for me! Reviews are already coming in quickly! :) Thank you, so much!!!!

The use of Yotpo is very satisfying, and any problems will have excellent customer service to make corrections for you, very good!

So far the app is great and works well.
