Ronel R & Nick S helped me get my review pages setup correctly and explained how the reviews worked. Super helpful, friendly, and efficient. I would highly recommend this app.

Great app, looks great on our site. My only suggestion would be to have the star rating visible from product selection landing pages.

Great product and very helpful support! Allen is the best. Really went the extra milew hen we needed to do a lot of tweaks when importing files from woocommerce.

Even starting on the Free Reviews plan this app is the leader of the pack. Lemuel Yotpo was awesome in providing prompt and useful direction with my questions. This looks like a winner.
Also Yotpo Radly was an awesome help in finding a tweak that I needed.

I used to like this app. After some issues, I reached out to try to figure it out, and the support has not been helpful at all. Very frustrating. I hope to find a replacement instead of using them.

Kenn T was very helpful in fixing our companies import issues. Kenn spent 30 minutes or more helping us solve the issue and we are very happy with their communication and results provided.

Great customer service, very quick to resolve the enquiry I had. The staff were friendly and able to connect me back to the right person when I got disconnected. They are very informative.

We never had the ability to easily collect user testimonials before - and I felt weird asking.... so we just didn't. Have to say -- we are LOVING the feedback we are getting from our customers now using your app. It's great information for our company and serves as almost daily inspiration for us. GREAT addition to our Shopify Cart!

The app works fine, but the tiering model is terrible. If you upgrade from the free, it's just not affordable for a small business order. Additionally, their support staff is incompetent, nasty and very aggressive. They still call me once a week to upgrade, without even answering my support questions. Some of these support issues are weeks old lol. I still have a few inquiries out that have been completely ignored. I do not recommend this app!
