Yotpo continues to disappoint me. I was chatting with them on a weeknight about some issues with their widgets and this is what I see:

So BAD. If you're considering Yotpo, please know that customer support is nonexistent. We will be leaving Yotpo soon and advise others who haven't joined yet to please save yourself the trouble. There are better companies out there who don't just outsource their customer support like Yotpo, but who are actually available to resolve issues.

I'm updating my review because I've wasted so much time talking to customer support who does not know how to resolve my issue. I upgraded my plan to accommodate more reviews and Jeorge had mentioned it will automatically be resolved in a few hours. Sure enough, Yotpo let me down again and it still isn't fixed. Customer support requires extreme hand holding and does not have a process on how to fix common issues. I'm extremely frustrated with Yotpo.

Very good looking app that integrates with Google Seller Rating. The support has been very responsive and helpful.

As one of the top 3% performing brands on Shopify we were very excited to add Yotpo reviews to our store. Before adding the app, we did our due diligence, spoke to other Yotpo customers, etc. The Yotpo rep tells us how amazing the engagement is and how it will dramatically increase sales and pay for itself in just months.
After being told the price is $12,000 a year we thought that was a lot for us but decided it was going to be great based on all our fact checking. Unfortunately it was the opposite. We installed the app just before Black Friday 2016 (most traffic we get all year) and the results we're far from stellar.
If you're looking for a review app, my recommendation is if you have the annual budgets for this type of investment with the potential of no return for months or years then I would recommend because the engagement is actually great for us. Its just not converting to increased sales at all.
Manny really helped me from start to finish, went the extra mile, and me being a brand new customer to Yotpo his Customer Service gives me much confidence for the future working as a Yotpo client !! Thank you Manny....your a credit to Yotpo Customer Service
So tired of Yotpo. Support is almost non-existent. Wait a week for Yotpo to respond to any support request, then get a reply that is completely irrelevant. Yet if I want to upgrade to one of their ridiculously expensive plans, I'll be contacted within an hour.
We installed it a few days ago. So far everything is exceeding expectations. Customer Service is one of the best we have encounter through many apps and years using shopify apps. We read some reviews about costs and we were a bit careful, but if you also do your homework and actually read and try to learn how to set up the app, you will find out it is incredibly helpful and you can spend only what you want to spend. Again, customer service is great, so do not hesitate to contact them.
We are happy! Special thanks to Kate who was super helpful. She went above and beyond. Also, we recently experienced some troubles with the new Premium account. However we were happy that the technical support was very helpful. Specially James. It was super easy to showcase our reviews. Thank you again.

Nice app and very helpful from Yopto customer service personnel, Eunice. I am confident that by displaying the reviews on homepage, it will help with the conversion rate.
Very easy to use app, with great customer service! So far we have generated 11 reviews (all 5 stars!) from sending our customer's review requests via email!
Paolo and Bernard (live chat) were fantastic! Bernard helped me install star ratings on my collection and product page very quickly - 10 minutes or less - and also helped fix a problem with my theme which was getting in the way of the product review.
I would recommend Yotpo over other apps because of their live customer support alone!
