I was having trouble installing the app on my Shopify store, so I contacted support via the instant messaging app. They responded immediately and were able to help me with a couple of tasks. I also love the new review widget.

I use this app to help me gain reviews from my customers. I really like how I can comment back on all the reviews so that I can engage with my customers on a personal level!

Had a problem that reviews were not showing on the site, turns out we had a duplicated account, contacted support chat and they fixed the issue with no fuss and amalgamated both accounts. Support is excellent
