He had pacience and solved all the issues we were having importing reviews! definitely 5 stars! thank you james :) Also Eunice from yotpo also helped me a lot! everyone is amazing thank you! I switched from a different app to Yotpo, mostly for reviews functions. By far the best customer service experience I have had with any shopify app. They helped me through installation, getting the widget to appear the way I want it on my website. They answered all my questions promptly and fully (always within 24 hours, sometimes quicker). The interface is easy to manage. I am happy with the website's move to Yotpo.

The customer service is great! I was struggling with adding the code to my theme and they logged in and did it for me. Now everything looks wonderful on my website. I am very happy with the app and customer service. Strongly recommend.

We use Yotpo on www.mysupplements.ca the team is always professional, helpful and their product adds a ton of Value. You guys need to give Junalou a Raise also.. always helpful when we need support.

It is friendly and easy to personalize. Fast and effective support team. Anyone can leave a review, not just customers, however there is an option that a review will only appear after manual approval, which makes it safe from spam.
