Yotpo is definitely a fantastic compare to other review apps however I have to agree with many other users with regards to the high pricing of the paid version.
Clever app, really easy to install and navigate, I have seen impact on our sales straightaway. Customer service and support was exceptional too.
However, I would like to see the app enabled for mobile phones and handheld devices in the near future as most our customers purchase via these channels.
EDITED: The REVIEWS Tab doesn't show on mobile phones and handheld devices.

UPDATE: Thanks Kiss Ready Lips for updating your feedback and letting us know more about the issue. The Reviews Tab currently doesn't work on mobile due to the screen resolution limitations. That being said, I have filed your feature request with our product team and we'll update you on any future developments. Thank you again for your patience and valuable input!

The app works really well and the support is really helpful. The reviews are displayed correctly along with photos with proper integration into Shopify.
