A must have app. Makes getting reviewed by verified buyers very easy & automated. The only thing that I do not like about the app is that there is no way to automate sending review requests after the product is delivered rather than X days after shipping.
But, overall a great addition to the Jewelove store.

We had an ongoing import issue and Rhemy R has been very helpful and patient. She has saved the day.
We haven't ad enough time with the app to know if it will get us more reviews yet, but so far we're very happy with the options to display our current reviews. Getting those reviews imported was easier than expected as well. I was worried when there was no way to import them myself via csv or excel file. However, Dana Shamir of the Yotpo support team was very helpful. My requests were responded to very quickly, and both times I requested reviews to be imported (first for product reviews, then for site reviews/testimonials) Dana had them up and running on the site by the time I got my response later that same day.
Far too limiting and way to expensive for an upgrade
