Easily to install and online support was great. I needed help setting up the carousal on the home page which they did very quickly.

I simply have made it to a place in this business journey where I have decided it would improve a customers and a potential customers experience if I added a review section on my website. Sheen at Yotpo helped me get it done in a professional and timely manner. I still have a few questions, that I thought of as I’m typing in this review. Anyway, I highly recommend this app.

Quick install and customization. Allen M provided excellent support to help to customize the review form.

We migrated from BigCommerce over to Shopify and had issues connecting our account. Doner P did a fantastic job of helping through that process.

Great app, really encourages people to review your site. Great for automated interaction with your customers. Highly recommended!

I suck at Liquid code or Html lol. So this was my fifth time contacting the Yotpo support chat and they are always super fast on helping me with my customizations and troubleshooting. Thank you Ronel R for the great support

We're switching from Okendo to Yotpo for our site and are starting with the Growth plan. It's got great features though the best ones like advanced CSS and Klaviyo Integration. My only critique is the lack of customization of the default emails customers get for asking for a review, confirming their email, and etc if you are just on the first paid plan.

It's five stars because I've received great customer support from Ronel R. a few times, but also Warly S. and John G. who were helpful, professional, and super friendly! This is a great app so far.

The entire team is helpful. Manny is the best and is very patient. So far so good with this new app.

We downloaded and integrated Yotpo but was running into issues on getting the widget to work due to our specific stylized theme. I was going back and forth with Yotpo and Shopify trying to figure out how to get the widget to work properly and Daniel P came and saved the day!

Completely fixed the app and now we can use it on our store to collect reviews. Thank you, Daniel!
