Ed was extremely helpful and nothing was to much for him. I needed a bit of help to sort out having the review widget on my page and he did that for me

I used this app to import reviews from another app. I was running into issues and Mary was super helpful in getting the reviews moved over exactly the way I wanted them. Very prompt, quick, and knowledgeable!

I reviewed several different product review apps for my Shopify store and the Yotpo app not only checked all of the boxes, but exceeded my expectations in terms of functionality, ease of use, and automation. Just installed and getting amazing instant chat support from Paulo. He's helping me import my old reviews which was one of my concerns when switching over. I love the fact that this app went back to my last 200 orders and got reviews right away for me. So far so good!
