very limited features and is annoying that you cannot remove their stop sms link which accounts for 50% of the sms message length limit.
We're sorry to hear you found YSMS limited in features. We'd love to know which specific tools or options you'd like to see added so we can improve.
Regarding the unsubscribe link, it's a legal requirement - particularly when using alphanumeric sender IDs, since recipients can't reply "STOP" to opt out.
Keep in mind that in a standard SMS message, the unsubscribe link typically takes up around 25 of the 160 available characters.

I sent a test message to myself for a shipping confirmation automation and my phone filtered the text message into a spam folder. This app is unusable.
I'm not sure what's happening with this app, but my campaign from earlier this week never reached our subscribers despite that app claiming it did. Now there's a "USA Deliveries Temporarily suspended" banner across the top of the Overview page. This is very disappointing as I haven't been able to reach our subscribers with our planned promotion.

After reviewing the issue together, we identified that the customer you used as a reference to verify the campaign delivery was not included in the selected audience — which explains why they did not receive the message.
That said, given the misunderstanding, we issued a full refund for the campaign as a gesture of goodwill.
As for the USA deliverability banner, this was a temporary issue caused by external carrier restrictions, which was promptly resolved.

App is very bad, very buggy. I have order checkout recover enabled and it keeps sending smses to people that already ordered. It is simply unbelievable how bad it is. Clients call us saying that they ordered and they are very angry as they get smses that they did not order. Support is very bad and unresponsive.
