Saves a lot of time, especially during non business hours.
This is the best app we have used so far, it is easy to integrate and takes no time at all to set up. It has improved our customer service tenfold since we started using it. I would highly recommend it to any business wanting to organise and improve their communication with their customers.
We use both the messaging, chat, & telephone. Easy to use and navigate. Great way to keep track customer service.
It's pretty good, almost terrific... my biggest bugbear though is it's sometimes easy to miss updated tickets.
The colour of a ticket changes from yellow to red to indicate that's it's been replied to but still 'open'; however if a customer then does respond, the colour doesn't change. So you have to keep going back to check if a new message has been left.
This could be solved simply by changing the ticket colour again. Basic but very frustrating.
We have used ZenDesk for a long time which is great in it's own right. The integration with Shopify is a breeze and makes responding to and researching tickets quick. Highly recommend!
Makes it really easy to respond to cases without needing to go back and forth between apps to get relevant customer data.
Not a bad product. Needs a few more features from a support perspective. Integration is easy and works well. But it needs to support more than one shopify store.
Zendesk support and chat are essential for our site, as they allow us to support our customers efficiently.
The implementation is super easy.
I think Zendesk is far superior to other systems in terms of ease of setting up the system and logic. It has helped us during a time where our inventory tracking system has been problematic so we keep record of customers orders here as well. Our response time has improved dramatically as a result of the usage, tracking, and reporting. I wish it was a bit clearer in terms of reporting the pieces that would be taken away post free-trial. Salesforce desk offers a little more robust reporting for a lesser price. The other issue I am currently having is the integration with our Ringcentral application. Its been weeks with no fix unfortunately and I'm feeling like we are being pigeon-holed into buying Zendesk's talkdesk instead, so the system is coming off as nickel and dimey
Zendesk allow us to provide excellent customer service using Facebook and email channels. Great integration with Shopify.
