Tínhamos as informações disponibilizadas do contexto do pedido do cliente sem custo algum, que desapareceram a partir de uma atualização e quando solicitamos novamente ele é cobrado pelo Shopfy. É um absurdo isso. A zendesk deveria continuar a nos disponibilizar as informações básicas do pedido do cliente.
I installed it to find dead ends to onboarding, and a reluctant support culture that is evident. There's also a superiority complex, "we're the best!" when it is not. I deleted it after an afternoon of research and trying. Hope you have better luck than I did!
Very unintuitive app there are a lot of things and is easy to get lost, I adquired Support Team plan thinking I will have a Live Chat as well but then I found out that I need to pay more to have live chat and when I tried it was horrible I can barely customize the colors and it is not clearly where exactly I can change the business hours, tried to watch some tutorials but apprently the options are different in each plan. Also and the worst part is that I need to wait like 2 days to receive support, there is no live support.
