Great products, big portfolio. Occasionally issues with out-of-stocks or linking to updated product variants. But it is well worth investing resources working with Zendrop
I couldn't find an answer to my question in the FAQs and the Bot did not give me an answer that fit my question so I requested a live agent. They responded timely to my question and took the time to clarify their answer when I found it confusing.

Zendrop has a great support team.
Customer service is on point, they reply fast,with respect and very professional.
Immediate help right away and a follow up with one issue will happen in a day. I look forward to that but over all super friendly and Customer friendly! 4 star because of cost and glitches but over great peeps and he;[ with that.
After having some issues with being double charged, I spoke with Molly in billing who took care of me and my situation.

We have used Zendrop since January 2024. Although our store is coming along slowly, their customer service is great. We've had nothing but positive interactions with their customer service. Unfortunately, we don't like the wait for HS codes, but that's not a drastic discrepancy. Thank you for your assistance when needed.
Seriously worth it ,a lot of the heavy lifting is done for you ,these guys have streamlined the process to get you from open shop to sales as quick as possible.
