Zendrop Customer service and chat system is fantastic! Very helpful and quick! The App I am just learning, and they are great at answering all my questions! They also sourced a product for me in so quick it was awesome! Lots of cool features and print on demand as well.

I had an issue with my subscription, and the support team responded very quickly—within two to three minutes—through the help bubble at the bottom right corner of the page. They resolved the problem just as fast, within 10 minutes, during which they collected some additional information about my issue.

Continuing my service with Zendrop, I get the BEST customer service. The agents respond fast as heck! They give me information beyond the general "ai help" so they are actually helping me. Researched the issue in the order and took the time to walk me through how to fix it and I was able to get the customers order out on time and the customer received the order within an excellent time frame.
