Poort Support. I had billing questions and their support was no where to be found. They are charging amounts that i dont see it in billing section of their platform. Completely useless platform.

zendrop has become one of the worst suppliers i work with. the prices are off the roof, customer service has 0 common sense with 0 accountability. you can work for weeks on your store, just to find out your best seller is out of stock. no way to track inventory. you can see in your shopify 15000 available units, but zendrop can always overide it. they dont even notify you if item is out of stock, ...

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I cannot emphasize enough how disappointing my experience with the Zendrop app has been. Despite upgrading to a paid plan, the service is absolutely terrible. The shipping options are incredibly limited, and even with the paid plan, they couldn't fulfill their own products on time.

Up until recently, Zendrop has been a good company. Once the Holiday season hit and we started to get more orders, Zendrop dropped the ball completely! Unfortunately I just cancel my subscription because the Zendrop return and refunds don't understood my situation. And Ellah Cajayon decided to not refund me.
If you have some problems Zendrop will not give the support you need.
I recommend choose another drop shipping website.
