If I could give this a 0 stars I would. Within 10 days of having the app I was charged more than $140 in some sort of subscription charges, before I’ve even made a sale!!! I’m absolutely livid and demand a refund please

Zendrop’s Shopify app description is not truthful — especially the claim that you can:

“Build your brand by adding your custom branding to your orders.”

That line is completely misleading.

I subscribed to the $79/month Plus plan specifically for this feature. But once I paid, I was told that actual custom branding (like custom packaging or logo printing) is not included unless you apply to a separate “Private Agent Program” — which requires 10+ orders/day or $15,000/month in sales to even qualify.

This is nowhere mentioned in their app listing or pricing page. What you actually get with the Plus plan is just a thank-you card, not proper branding.

This is a textbook bait-and-switch tactic. The feature that convinced me to subscribe was locked behind undisclosed restrictions. I did receive a refund after escalating the issue, but this kind of marketing should not be allowed on the Shopify App Store.

If you’re a new merchant trying to build a brand: be careful — this app does not deliver what it advertises.

Still learning about dropshipping and so far, so good with help from the Zendrop Customer Service. I am using different dropshipping portals and Zendrop is the best of far in comparison to the other portals. My only concern is that I hope Zendrop's product selection process could be better, but again I am having a pleasurable experience with this dropshipping portal.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Zendrop, not only because of their great platform but also due to their extraordinary support team. Every time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, their team has been incredibly friendly, professional, and quick to help. Extremely small product selection, insane shipping times and shipping costs and they're constantly trying to upsell other services (discover winning ads with this, become a master trader with that etc.). They don't offer any chat/help, all in all it looks like they're here not "for the money" per se, but to trick you out of your money. In any case, that's what I got from them. I don't mean to imply they're doing anything shady, they're just not as up-front as they should be.

Had some issues with linking products due to a software bug, I got into contact with Nyka, she was lovely & understood my issues straight away, she passed on my information to the technical team and my issues was resolved within a matter of minutes. Thank you Nyka. 10/10 customer service.
